Along the river at St Nicolas des Eaux, « Le Logis de la Sabotiere » Breton family house has been renovated to a high standard and divided into two "little" houses -"Le Nid: two adults, plus child" and "Le Heron: four to five persons"
There is a garden overlooking the river with furniture and barbecue, perfect for eating out.

From St Nicolas des Eaux, you can walk or cycle for miles in either direction along the river or fish along the river bank. There is a canoe/kayak centre, a miniature golf, and a pretty nine-hole golf course just ten-minutes drive away. There are two creperies, bars, two good restaurants, or a short drive (five minutes) takes you to Plumeliau where you will find supermarkets, banks, post office
