The house is not far from Mont St. Michel, many tourist sites and attractions, sport and activities. The sea is within easy reach by car, with a beautiful sandy beach at Carolles. Granville, St. Malo, Dinard and the Chaussey islands are also not far away. So there is plenty to see and do in the area.
