The Ocean side of house has Ocean Views from all floors.

The living room has a wrap around couch that has a (Queen) pull out and a pop up table to eat at if you’re not into sitting with a party and need a break from the “cafeteria” island mayhem. There is a TV up on the wall and a DVD player in the built in entertainment center, with room for your game system. The large windows in the front and side of the house allow you to keep in touch on who is coming and going and what the waves are looking like for the day ahead while grabbing a bite.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and a bunk bed set. The bathroom has handicapped rails on the walls for our elders to get around with ease and security, the stand up shower has a seat and handrails in it also for a safer entry. The toilet is a high boy for the adult comfort. The antique sink will make them chuckle, like it did my Dad, bringing back the past décor of yester years. The pantry allows a quick unload and go after food shopping, and has a stocked cleaning closet of tools when you need a fast pick up before guests arrive, or departure. There is a mudroom for extra clean up needs after a big dinner prep.

Heading up the open staircase to the second floor you are hit with the rays of sun that warm you to your toes. This Living room has huge windows that open the whole room up to the street and the beach for a birds eye view. For your get away from the first floor there’s a rocker for the Moms who need to lull those babies to sleep, coffee table, puzzle table, 2 pull out couches ( queen, full), and a entertainment center with a TV/DVD. The second floor bathroom has a tub/shower for babies and adults, and the high boy toilet.

We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks and appetizer specials daily at 4pm – 7pm, great food. Joey's Pizza great family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults
